After reading a dream dictionary about the symbol of waves and a tsunami, I understood a dream from many years ago, and the memories came flooding back.
I dreamed of a huge wave coming in from the sea toward the city where I lived. Everyone was running in panic from the beach and climbing onto buildings; the water was touching them and was about to swallow them. For some reason I was calm and thought to myself:
“So that is why high-rise buildings were built on the shore! To be saved!”
I remember that I survived and was unharmed. I was there, but I saw everything as if from the outside.
After that there were two dreams about the birth of a child and moving to another city. In the dream I was standing there alone with an infant in my arms. It was pure information. The wind was blowing through my hair, and around me was the extraordinary beauty of the blue sea and sky. I immediately understood that this was a special dream and that it was the “wind of change.”
The subsequent course of life’s developments really caught me off guard (the elemental nature of a tsunami).
According to the dream dictionary, a wave is a strong emotional shock that I had to endure. A sea war/tsunami speaks of important events and of a state that will be hard to cope with. In my case, it was a painful divorce and the birth of a child. I could barely control the situation and the emotions inherent in it—anger, resentment, rage mixed with love. My ex-husband decided to run away from the situation that frightened him. With the help of loved ones, thank God, I found the strength to cope: to accept, forgive, let go, and live with love in the present. This inner struggle and search for a way out of “darkness into light” greatly influenced my worldview and fundamentally changed me as a person. As well as my entire later life. One can draw a line—before and after—and the lesson I went through became my strength.

My dream interpretation again coincides with the dream book. In April, for two nights in a row, I dreamed that I was being covered by a sea wave. There was a feeling of fear and hopelessness; I understood that it was about to wash over me, but I could do nothing, and then I was already underwater. About a week later, a major quarrel with my mother occurred, because of which I then worried for a long time – “strong emotional experiences, due to an event that will happen.” That is exactly how it turned out. Interestingly, a couple of days ago I had a similar dream. I am standing on a narrow shore, with a stream on both sides, and the water in it is clear. I stumble and end up in water up to my knees. Then suddenly a wave rises from somewhere, although at first the water was calm. This wave is as tall as I am, but I raise my hand and stop it with my hand – the wave freezes… So it turns out that a similar situation may await me – a quarrel, a confrontation, but I will be able to fully control my emotions and prevent the negativity.

The water is clean, transparent, green. I feel very good. And then I see waves. One big wave is coming toward me, I cheerfully jump into it and fly down along with it. Then I see a second wave, it is twice as big as the previous one, and in it there are two men, and the three of us end up on the crest of the wave, and then we fly down. It was very awesome. As I fly down, I watch to make sure I don’t fall on anyone, since there are many people in the water. And then I see an open space, and there, in the depths, two huge white killer whales are swimming, and I fall right there. Swimming above the killer whales is somehow unpleasant for me, and I try to swim away from that place as quickly as possible. Then I fly over the water and again choose a place (there are many people in the water) where I could plop down. Then I swim back and forth in the middle of the sea and see a sandbank. The water is so transparent that the bottom is very clearly visible. There is clean, white sand, and on it lie either stones or dried crabs. The water is the color of sea waves. There on the sandbank next to me walks some unfamiliar man about 45-50 years old, someone I don’t know, and I haven’t seen his face. The weather was wonderful, sunny, warm, nice. Please explain the dream.
