Regression report.

Archive of hypnotherapist Alien Soul Session No. 17-32 Part 1.. Subj: now I am even younger. I am eleven years old. I am standing in front of a very tall fence, other children are around me. Some are laughing at me, some feel sorry for me.

Hyp.: why is this happening?

Subj: there is a boy sitting on the fence, he is throwing rotten apples at me and calling me names. This is not happening for the first time. And I cannot do anything about it. All my friends that I play with know about this. Children from other yards, too. I am like in a trap. I cannot do anything about it. Just like now… (the patient begins to cry).

I am conducting this hypnotherapy session for my patient, I will call her Nina, with the purpose of understanding the current situation in her family with her husband. Over the past three years, he had been in love with his subordinate, about which he told his wife. He was never able to create lasting relationships with that woman, they split up. But in his relationship with his wife (Nina), he went as far as coming home after meetings with the employee and not only feeling no guilt. But also demanding that his wife understand him and sympathize with his experiences regarding the relationship with his new flame.

Any past life regression session is conducted with preliminary hypnotherapy sessions

This is necessary in order to understand how receptive the patient is to hypnosis, establish a trusting relationship, and also perform preliminary trance inductions in the current, present life of the subject.

So, during one of such preliminary sessions, while in a trance state the patient herself discovered recurring problems of the same nature throughout her entire life.

Since Nina, from the very first her visit, declared that she wants to get rid of headaches that no doctor can cope with, and painkillers stop working after three to four days of taking, we started looking for the cause of her pain in her own subconscious mind.

During the first session, she said that she sees her head, compressed by bandages so tightly that blood circulation is simply unable (if I may put it that way) to circulate normally.

Her own subconscious mind, possibly in an allegorical form, answered the question of where the source of the pain comes from.

The next question was: why is the head so tightly compressed by bandages? To which the patient answered:

– I myself am squeezing my head like that, because I am afraid that new wounds will be inflicted on the old ones.

And then, in order to reveal the cause of her fears, I sent her to those moments in her life where situations that caused fear occurred.

What is she so afraid of? And what must she get rid of and in what way?

So, the boy is sitting on the fence and throwing rotten apples at eleven-year-old Nina. He calls her names and humiliates her in front of everyone. I ask her the following question:

Hyp.: how do you react to such behavior?

Subj: I cry. I wait for someone to defend me. After all, some of them truly feel sorry for me.

Hyp.: does anyone help you?

Subj: no. I stand in a stained dress and cry. Tears just choke me, and I cant do anything. I turn around and silently leave. Another rotten apple flies into my back, it hits my neck and splashes fly onto my head…

Hyp: does this cause pain in the head? Does any feeling remain in the head area?

Subj: not really… I cry very hard… there is a haze of tears over my eyes, I sometimes even cant see the road I am walking on (tears roll down her cheeks).

During hypnosis sessions, patients are completely immersed in the events they are experiencing. The emotions that they express in various cases are very expressive.

I have been conducting sessions for many years now

And it would seem that I should have grown accustomed to such manifestations, but sometimes what I hear not only brings tears to my eyes but also evokes truly unimaginable sensations of presence beyond our world.

Hyp: try to explain the reason why you saw exactly this event from your childhood.

Sub-t: it was the first time…like a trigger mechanism for recurring events…when I could not do anything…

Hyp: go back to those events in your life when there were similar situations and describe them. Are you ready?

Sub-t: yes.

For some time she remains silent, then I see that she begins to clench her teeth from tension and grips the armrests of the chair more tightly.

Sub-t: I am in the seventh grade. A class meeting with our entire class present. They are discussing the issue of my behavior… or rather, my action. I am being accused of stealing an expensive tape recorder. But I did not do it. I am very scared. Scared because I cannot prove that I did not take it, I never even saw it.

Hyp: does anyone know about this?

Sub: everyone knows.

Hyp: how?

Sub: everyone knows that I did not take it. They want to teach me a lesson, punish me, subdue me, so that they can manipulate me further…

Hyp: and you?

Sub: I do not agree with that. I resist it. I am against anyone giving me orders. God! I have finally realized right now: the most important thing is not that I was falsely accused, but that I was ready to do anything, just to avoid submitting to them…

Hyp: how did this story end?

Sub: they never confessed. I became a black sheep. That fear – it settled inside me. I understand now, I am constantly afraid that regardless of what I do or do not do, someone will be able to pin the blame on me… tell everyone that I am guilty.

Hyp: what was your choice in that situation?

Sub: I became quieter, I kept walking around and listening, in case someone was whispering behind my back. What if it was a conspiracy against me? Then I tried to pretend that I was one of them in that herd.

Hyp: why do you call them a herd?

Sub: the manners were completely wild. If anyone disobeyed, the whole class without exception had to go after lessons and punish him or her. Beat them.

Hyp: do these memories give you anything?

Sub: of course! Just like then, I am afraid that regardless of what I am like, of my actions, my achievements, someone will hurt me. I try to do everything better than everyone else, to do the right things, to care, but none of it counts. No matter what qualities I possess, everything… is, as it were… diminished by people’s actions. Whatever I do – it is not valued.

Hyp: do you agree that the situations are similar?

Sub: yes! I do everything possible so that my husband loves me, stays with me, but everything only gets worse. He humiliates me constantly. Insults, betrays me… I feel like I have tried everything, conceded in everything…but it gives nothing…

Hyp: relax. Just calmly rise upward. Everything you have seen, all these events of your past life, they will remain there…below…you do not belong to those events, they exist on their own…and you are free…you are a beautiful person and a wonderful soul who knows how to love…and you cannot be responsible for the actions of other people…look at everything from a detached perspective and tell yourself: what were you learning…there…when it was happening?

Nina was silent for some time, then began to speak with surprise:

Sub: simply…very simply…to be yourself… not to betray yourself and not to change yourself. Not to bend.
