Each of us has different sides of our nature and character. And in different life situations, we may even unexpectedly, to our own surprise, suddenly behave differently than usual. We are used to a certain set of our reactions, but different sides of our character can manifest in us, sometimes potential can be realized, or, conversely, we can turn into children (figuratively). In addition, each of us has different traits that we express more vividly in certain situations.
Examples
When a person is learning something, they may begin to see a student next to them in dreams. Someone who starts intensively doing sports, for example, for themselves, begins to see an athletic double. Those expecting career growth are accompanied in dreams by a superior or boss. If you cannot cope with some life situation, in dreams of that period of your life you will take care of a child, often saving them.
How an aspect is determined in a dream
How to determine an aspect in a dream. That is, how to distinguish an aspect character from someone else. The aspect is always nearby. Often by the left shoulder, it may walk slightly ahead. If it is the aspect of another person in your dream, they will be together, like a lovey-dovey couple. Moreover, the person themselves will be active, while their aspect is like a shadow, as if an advisor attached to them. As a rule, there are not several aspects. In dreams, the emphasis is usually on some single manifested side of the character. That is, there is a person and there is an aspect. There definitely will not be a crowd of aspect characters nearby.
What an aspect points to
And why does the subconscious use it in dreams?
An aspect is what comes out of a person most in a situation. That in which they manifest more during a certain period of life under certain circumstances. If next to a man in a dream there is a hard worker, know that the guy is currently immersed in work up to the top of his head. And if next to a person there is a poor and badly dressed wretch, then the dream character themselves and your acquaintance in reality are experiencing financial problems.
And so on by analogy. An aspect is a temporary duality. A person looks or demonstrates one thing, but inside they are in a completely different state at that moment.
Aspects of symbols
Why are they so important? And what are they, anyway?
Aspects are the same thing as additional characteristics. It doesn’t matter that you dreamed of a house. What matters is what kind of house it was. It doesn’t matter that you dreamed of a snake. What matters is what it was like and what it did.
For example, one of the most beloved dream symbols is a ring. The main characteristic of the symbol is connection, union, obligations. But this information is useless for someone who saw the dream without an additional characteristic.
I will give 5-6 aspects as an example (the main ones, because there are many more of them):
-
A ring is given to you, gifted, offered – new relationships, a proposal of union;
-
A ring breaks, falls, is lost – a breakup of a relationship, the collapse of a union, divorce;
-
A wedding ring – a symbol of marriage; a family ring – a symbol of relationships in one’s lineage, family;
-
A signet ring – an indication of a man (his life, fate); a seal ring – an adult woman;
-
An expensive ring – a strong, important, happy, prosperous, long union, marriage. Cheap rings, made of semi-precious metals, simple materials – these are frivolous, not strong, short-lived relationships and unions;
-
New rings – new relationships; old ones, or those that you already had, that is, rings with history – existing relationships, unions, marriages. For example, your own wedding ring in a dream usually shows the state of the relationship at the time of the dream in marriage.
As you can see, it is useless to try to understand a dream without additional characteristics. And so it is – with all symbols.
There is no superfluous symbolism in dreams. Everything points to something. When a dream seems to you like an incomprehensible puzzle, the first thing worth remembering is that your dream is a script of your own subconscious.
And in such a case, it would be very appropriate and useful to ask ourselves: what did my subconscious want to show me? After all, it (your subconscious) assembled the picture of the dream from elements of your memory.
Today, according to the Dream Calendar, are very important lunar days. A day when you can settle the account for the past.
