Then the picture changed, and I’m standing by the road in a dream.

On the other side of the road stands an unfamiliar man, writing something. I cross the road, walk up to the man, and take the white sheet of paper on which he has written “Methodical Pumpkin.” The picture changed, and I woke up after a deep sleep, in a room (the same bedroom as in the first episode), only now I see it in detail.

I woke up in a single bed, which stands next to a double bed. I’m wearing a silk robe, which exists in reality and was bought at a certain moment in my life. The bedding on the double bed is clean, made up. In it lies that very man I crossed the road to.

I got up from my single bed, he got up from the double bed. I see a dresser standing nearby, and on it several empty cups and glasses, but not clean ones — already emptied. The man came closer to me.

I take a few cups and walk out of the bedroom into the hallway.

The man takes the remaining cups and glasses and follows after me. We walk down the hallway toward the kitchen, me in front, the man behind me, and as we walk, he runs his hand very gently along my back. We enter the kitchen. I put the cups in the sink and walk up to the window, look outside, it’s morning.

The man also puts the cups and glasses in the sink and comes up from behind, but I don’t understand how close. When I turned around, it felt like I should have buried my forehead in that man’s chest, he had come so close. He’s taller than me, bare torso. The man looks straight into my eyes and wraps both arms around my waist, hugs me. I woke up.

How the dream came true: I received a message from an ex-ex by email. He wrote that he loves me and wants a relationship. To which I replied that this is already very difficult, because there are no feelings.

The man came up from behind and I turned around. He was so close that I could bury my nose in his bare chest — because he ended up very close, and the realization happened, probably, a day or two after the dream. Very quickly, he wrote that he loves me, openness of feelings, and I found out about it.

My past suddenly became my present moment. He looks at me — thinks about me. He hugged me — reconciliation with the past. I don’t want to be with him, but I forgave and let go of the situation. That’s the realization. And most importantly, in the dream I clearly understood who it was, but I drove this thought away from myself in every possible way.

A dream that came true: restaurant, borscht and a proposal

Not long ago my ex-partner tried to restore the relationship again. I firmly decided not to take any steps until I returned home, not wanting to break the promise I had made. And then I notice him already seated at a table near the wall; he waves me over there. At this table he is with his son (he really does have an adult son) and another guy. Looking more closely, I come to understand that this is his other son, probably from another marriage.

I am fully aware that he plans to propose marriage to me, and wants to do it in front of his children. Standing there, I again feel as if I have no top on, feeling his sons’ gazes on me, and I again wrap myself in this snow-white shirt (in reality I don’t have one like that).

I sit down next to him, and he says to me: hurry up and sit down with me, I’ve ordered borscht for you! The waitress comes over and asks me about an additional order. I had just started to open my mouth to choose between a salad… or maybe fish or meat… But at that moment his son speaks up with the words: This is Marilyn Monroe before you, place the order as for her… and for you – borscht! The waitress nods in understanding and writes down the order. I remain sitting with a strange feeling that I have been accepted into this family. Then I wake up.
