Therefore, in order to avoid awkward situations, immediately decide on what is not allowed in publications:

-articles that are not fully written;

-links to third-party resources;

-advertising of any kind;

“Magicum” is a project by oneironauts. Everything on this resource is, in one way or another, connected with altered states of consciousness, dreams, symbols, regressions, mysticism that has become reality.

The material you write must be on the topic of the site.

Copywriting, rewriting, and any other forms of reworking and rewriting other people’s materials circulating on the internet are not needed.

This is not a commercial site. This is a site for the soul, for the energy body, if you like – a door to another reality. An opportunity to immerse your consciousness in a certain environment – a world of different perception, in which there is no force of gravity, there are more than three dimensions, fewer conventions, and unimaginable freedom. Therefore, this very “environment” really should not be polluted with garbage: copied, rewritten, or written just to “check a box.”

1.Check the text for errors. At least spelling and syntax;

2.Supplement articles with illustrations. A visual addition to the material enhances the perception of what is written. And who, if not the author, can convey it with the greatest accuracy?

3.At the end of the article, sign your name; you may use a pseudonym. Every article must have an author;

4.Know that you publish your personal publications at your own discretion and under your own responsibility;

5.Do not use profanity. Do not humiliate human dignity or moral principles that incite ethnic hatred and panic. As well as insults and obscenities, racism, religious insults, political statements and propaganda;

User Rules

1. The site administration reserves the right to delete Users’ messages that violate the Rules or infringe copyright;
2. In the event of claims of authorship against the Administration of the “Magikum” site, the Copyright holder must provide information that would confirm their copyright, as well as a copy of the correspondence with the User who committed the violation. This information will be needed by the Administration to eliminate the copyright violation, as well as to substantiate claims against the User;
3. In the event of identifying reasons where the insufficiency of the User’s rights in relation to their Authorship is shown, which ultimately led to a violation of the rights of the legitimate copyright holder, the proceedings – including through court – must be carried out by the User themselves unilaterally without the participation or involvement of the site Administration;
4. The site administration is not responsible for materials posted by Users;

Prohibited on the site:

1. Messages unrelated: to the content of the article or to the context of the discussion;
2. Materials, messages containing propaganda, threats, panic and insults;
3. Insults and profanity, idle talk and imposition of one’s opinion, rudeness and threats toward site Visitors, obscene language and veiled obscene language, slander and lies toward site Visitors, dissemination of knowingly false information, deliberate advertising, trolling and spam, propaganda of drug use and the like, propaganda of violence and ethnic hatred;

4. In comments to articles, on the forum – expressions containing profanity, humiliating human dignity and moral principles, inciting ethnic hatred and panic, as well as insults and obscene language, racism, religious insults, political statements and propaganda, advertising;
5. Advertising links to any goods and services. Links to other resources, media or events that are not related to the context of the discussion of the article. Advertising of one’s own websites of any topic is prohibited;
6. Intrusive self-promotion across the site in order to attract Users to one’s posted news item or forum topic;

And! The rules by which the site moderators are guided:

7. Re-registration after a ban;
8. After two verbal warnings, a 2-day ban. Next, a 2-week ban will follow; if the user does not draw conclusions, then the ban will be extended to 1 month. After all the listed measures, the administration will decide on a permanent ban of the IP address, in order to avoid the creation of clone nicknames by this visitor. The duration and justification are regulated by the administration at its own discretion and are usually applied in extreme cases.

By registering, all Users confirm their agreement with these Rules. Ignorance of the Rules does not exempt the User from responsibility for violating them. The site administration reserves the right to change these Rules at any time without warning Users.
The Rules are considered to have entered into force from the moment of their publication on this page of the site.

Terms for copying and quoting site materials

All rights reserved. Full as well as partial copying of the site’s materials is permitted only with the obligatory indication of the author and a direct hyperlink: not a redirect (!), the link is not closed from indexing by search engines, – to the site https://magickum.com.

For mass media – with the written permission of the site administration (section “Feedback”, please indicate immediately (!) the name and (or) address of the resource where you want to place the material).

In the event of detection of a violation of the terms of copying our materials, the administration of the Magickum.com site will take appropriate sanctions against violators: contacting the hosting company where the site with illegally used materials is located, administrative sanctions, lawsuits and other measures – in accordance with applicable law.

The site administration reserves the right to use all materials and articles, including from comments, that is, any text by visitors, for distribution by any possible means of transmitting information.

SITE USER PRIVACY POLICY

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
This Privacy Policy uses the following terms:
1.1. “Site” – an information resource hosted on the Internet at: magickum.com and open for free access.
1.2. “IE” – IE Antipenko Natalya Vladimirovna
1.3. “Site Services” – the interface of the site that enables the User to independently select and purchase services/goods, as well as receive personal notifications by email or phone and use other services.
1.4. “Site Administration” – authorized employees for managing the site, acting on behalf of the IE, who organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, the actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.5. “Personal Data” – any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data).
1.6. “Processing of personal data” – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
1.7. “Operator” – the Site Administration, which carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, the actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.8. “Confidentiality of personal data” – a requirement mandatory for compliance by the Operator or another person who has gained access to personal data, not to allow their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or the existence of another lawful basis.
1.9. “Site User” – a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the services provided on the Site.
1.10. “Cookies” — a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user’s computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time in an HTTP request when attempting to open a page of the corresponding site.
1.11. “IP address” — a unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol.

2. General conditions

2.1.. This Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting by IE Antipenko N.V. (hereinafter – “IE”) the personal data of Users of the Site (hereinafter – “User”), which may be obtained by the IE at the moment when the User accesses services/goods through the use of the Site, Site Services.
2.2. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure proper protection of personal data that the User provides about themselves independently when using the Site, Site Services, Other resources of the IE or during registration (creation of an account), for the purpose of subsequent acquisition and use of services/goods offered by the IE.
2.3. Relations related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of information provided by the User are governed by this Policy, other official documents of the IE and applicable legislation.
2.4. By registering on the Site and using the Site, Site Services, the User expresses their full consent to the terms of this Policy.
2.5. In case of disagreement of the User with the terms of this Policy, the use of the Site, Site Services must be immediately discontinued.
2.6. In case of disagreement of the User with receiving information from the IE, the User may unsubscribe from the mailing: by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email;

3. Within the framework of this Policy, “personal data
of the User” means:

3.1. Data provided by the User independently during registration (creation of an account), use of the Site, Site Services, including, but not limited to: first name, last name, gender, mobile phone number and/or email address, marital status, date of birth, home city, family relations, home address, information about education, occupation. Information mandatory for provision is marked in a special way. Other information is provided at the User’s discretion.
3.2. Data that is automatically transmitted to the Services during their use with the help of software installed on the User’s device, including IP address, information from cookies, information about the user’s browser (or other program with which access to the Services is carried out), access time, address of the requested page.
3.3 Other information about the User, the collection and/or provision of which is defined in the Regulatory documents of individual Services of the IE.

4. Purposes of collection, processing and storage of personal data
provided by users of the Site

4.1. Processing of the User’s personal data is carried out in accordance with legislation. The IE processes the User’s personal data for the purposes of: identifying a party within the framework of agreements and contracts concluded with the IE;
– providing the User with goods/services, access to the Site and to the Site Services;
– communicating with the User, sending the User transactional emails at the
– moment of receiving a registration request on the Site or receiving payment from the User, on a one-time basis, if the User performs these actions, sending the User notifications, requests; sending the User messages of an advertising and/or informational nature – no more than 10 messages per day;
– verification, research and analysis of such data, allowing to maintain and improve the services and sections of the Site, as well as develop new services and sections of the Site;
– conducting statistical and other research based on depersonalized data.

5. Conditions for processing personal information provided
by the User and its transfer to third parties

5.1. The IE takes all necessary measures to protect the User’s personal data from unlawful access, modification, disclosure or destruction.
5.2. The IE provides access to the User’s personal data only to those employees and contractors who need this information to ensure the functioning of the Site, Site Services and the provision of Services or the sale of goods.
5.3. The IE has the right to use the personal data provided by the User in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of applicable legislation (including for the purposes of preventing and/or suppressing illegal and/or unlawful actions of Users). Disclosure of the personal data provided by the User may be carried out only in accordance with applicable legislation

5.4. The IE does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User, except in cases where such verification is necessary for the purposes of fulfilling obligations to the User, and proceeds from the assumption that the User, in good faith, provides accurate and sufficient information, takes care of the timeliness of making changes to previously provided information when such a need arises, including, but not limited to, a change in phone number or email address.

6. Conditions of use of the Site, Site Services

6.1. When using the Site, the User confirms that:
ï possesses all necessary rights allowing them to carry out registration (creation of an account) and use the services of the site;
– provides accurate information about themselves in the amounts necessary for using the Site Services, the fields mandatory for completion for the further provision of the Site services are marked in a special way, all other information is provided by the user at their own discretion.
– understands that the personal data on the Site posted by the User about themselves may become available to third parties not specified in this Policy, and may be copied and distributed by them;
– has read this Policy, expresses their consent to it and assumes the rights and obligations specified therein.
– Familiarization with the terms of this Policy and placing a checkmark (this function is enabled when paying for goods) under the link to this Policy is the User’s written consent to the collection, storage, processing and transfer to third parties of the personal data provided by the User.
6.2. This Policy applies only to the Site and Site Services of the IE. The IE does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites that the user may navigate to via links available on the IE’s sites, including in search results.

All payment data – is stored on and transmitted to the servers of authorized regulators and acquiring systems. There is no access to it from the IE’s site.

On such sites, other personal data may be collected or requested from the user, and other actions may also be performed.

7. Modification and deletion of personal data

7.1. The User may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal data provided by them or part thereof, as well as their confidentiality parameters, by using the function of editing personal data in the section, or in the personal section of the corresponding Service. The User is obliged to take care of the timeliness of making changes to previously provided data and their updating, otherwise the IE is not responsible for failure to receive notifications, goods/services, etc.
7.2. The User may also delete the personal information provided by them within a certain account. At the same time, deletion of the account may result in the inability to use some Services.

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy. Applicable
legislation

8.1. The IE has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When changes are made, the current version shall indicate the date of the last update.
The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The current version is always located on the page at
8.2. This Policy and the relations between the User and the IE arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy shall be governed by legislation in the field of personal data protection.
