I’ve been having dreams lately as if awake with very vivid images

Trying to understand today’s [dream] led me to this site. I would like to know your opinion about the dream, maybe I can decipher it. I can’t shake the feeling that in recent dreams some kind of work is going on on a subtle inner plane. In the future I want to try dreams with affirmations.

Today’s dream involved my ex, with whom we dated for a very short time and fell out long ago. It’s been about 2 years with no communication at all. He did come to me several times in dreams, also very memorable ones.. But that was only 4-5 times total, although I couldn’t forget him for a long time, I’m not sure I’ve forgotten him even now.. In real life he tried to message me a couple of times, asking how I was doing.

It was as if he came to stay with me as a guest, in the house where my parents also live. Then suddenly at some point in the dream I remember a printed note addressed to him from one of his ex-girlfriends. Its main point was that she had caught him in the fact that “his soul always” is with me. That no matter who he was with, I am still the most desired for him. I seemed to see this note by accident and was dumbfounded, because in real life I’m sure of just the opposite.

And there he is, visiting.
