I want to describe a dream that I had tonight on the aff. “Circle of Protection Taming Your Beast.” At night I had various dreams that I couldn’t really remember, only some fragments… But toward morning I had a dream in which I seemed to observe from the side that in a subway car on the floor in water there was scattered fish (I don’t know if it was alive or not, but in any case, definitely fresh and river fish).

About the same size, 30-40 cm, and dogs were running around, gathering it up, swallowing it whole. Then I saw several large hampers or boxes, and in them fish of about the same size was packed tightly, beautifully, in rows. These hampers stood at an angle, and the fish from them was also later poured out onto the floor in the car (there was a feeling that the fish in the hampers had been frozen, and then thawed, after which it was poured out). I watched all of this and thought, interesting, what is the fish doing in a subway car, how did it get there, was it being stored there?!

Then, again seeming to observe from the side and already being somewhere on the street, I saw that a car had pulled up, it seems cherry-colored, like a “pirozhok,” i.e. with a little van. Someone opened the rear doors of the car and seemed to be inviting people to get inside, but a whole pack of dogs rushed in there again…. I didn’t see, because I was observing from the side, but by the feeling there was also fish in the little van (I definitely don’t know if it was alive or fresh). I stood, watched, and I felt sorry for the fish, they were dragging it away so predatorily…

Then I saw that I was standing on the right side of the huge body of some animal, swamp-colored or khaki with yellow flecks, closer to its tail part… The body was covered with rough bumpy skin, similar to a crocodile’s, only thinner. I saw only the center of the body, and its length was about 2-3 meters, i.e. the head and tail were not visible, so I looked and thought, is this a fish or a crocodile? Then the feeling came that it was a fish.

It was turned toward me with its rear part, i.e. its head away from me. On top on the fish’s back, there where the body transitions into the tail, there were two narrow openings-slits (like in piggy banks) parallel to each other at a close distance, along the length of the fish. Inside the fish’s body under these openings a small hollow (empty) space was felt; it seemed to show through these openings-slits. The fish seemed suspended in the air, slowly swaying, it was definitely alive. I don’t remember there being water there…

The fish was as if in some kind of enclosure, and as if something was preventing it from moving or restraining it… Having seen it, I examined it carefully, then an unpleasant taste appeared in my mouth, resembling raw fish innards, and by their taste one could conclude that the fish was river fish…. Without taking any action, I woke up…..

In the morning during meditation I turned the little fish face toward me and saw that it resembled a catfish, and I befriended it. Please tell me, does it matter exactly which beast appeared in a dream on this aff., what it means, and also how to return to the dream in order to “finish working on” it, i.e. to befriend the little fish (in real life, by my zodiac sign, I am also a fish, is there any connection in this)?
