What different plots with a storm mean

Seeing a storm from the side means problems for others that will not affect you. Getting caught in a storm means danger, trials. Surviving a storm means the end of a streak of bad luck. Taking shelter from a storm means the opportunity to avoid problems. The end of a storm means well-being.

Dreams about events in Ukraine

A participant shared two dreams that she had in November 2021. They came true in February-March 2022.

First dream. She stands outside the city and can see it clearly. All the houses are in a thick cloud of dust, like a sandstorm or hurricane. Only the tops of the houses are visible. She understands that going there is dangerous. She looks in the opposite direction — there it is clear. She walks to where there is no dust.

She hears something bad approaching and hides in a building. Through a crack she tries to see what drove past, but it is not visible. She is afraid to open it wider out of fear that the evil will discover her. The name Evgenia appears. Everything goes quiet, she goes out into the street.

Near the yard a woman is sweeping, but she turns out to be a spy, and she needs to run away from her. In the dream she realizes that the children are not with her, and she worries about them.

Second dream. She stands in a room, looks out the window and sees a hurricane, rising dust. She is frightened. Her son is sleeping under a blanket. Thoughts: I need to grab him and hide in the cellar. She looks out the window again — there is less dust, perhaps she will not have to hide, but she is still afraid.

These dreams showed approaching danger. The sandstorm symbolized the chaos and fear that came from outside.

A dream that came true: the storm and the bear

The participant’s friend had a dream. She is on the seashore, next to her is a brown bear. They look at the sea and see a storm coming from the sea. The bear says: “I will leave together with the storm.” The participant said to her: “Wait for the storm. It will leave, but with a scandal.”

Implementation: she went to Barcelona for her birthday with her current man. Her ex-husband (the bear) caused a scandal for them. He called, wouldn’t leave them alone, was finding out at customs whom she had gone away with. She had already been out of the relationship for a year. The celebration was ruined. There were confrontations between her friend and the current man; upon arrival, he called the ex and had a man-to-man talk with him.

A dream come true: a storm on a ship and love

A participant shared a dream. She was on a huge ship during a storm with a man. She was kissing his hand — it was strange, but she understood what it meant symbolically. She was asking him something. He said: “Of course I take care of you, I love you.” A couple of months later she met a man who was important to her. The scene with the storm symbolized a situation when she messed up, and he bailed her out. Their relationship was magnificent.

A dream come true: a storm in an apartment

A participant had a dream. She is sitting on social media, getting acquainted with a girl who invites her to visit. She arrives, but it feels like it is her own apartment in Moscow. She looks out the window — a sandstorm is approaching. She runs to close the windows, but they don’t close tightly.

On the balcony, strangers are drinking alcohol. She tells them to leave. She closes all the windows and doors, but is afraid the storm will get into the apartment. The storm seeps through the frame, but only slightly. The girl’s father comes and says it’s better to stay at home. The storm no longer seeps in, they watch TV. Outside the window it begins to grow light.

This dream showed that she would be able to protect herself from an external threat. Despite the fact that the storm tried to penetrate her space, she withstood it.

What to do if you dreamed of a storm

If you dream of a storm, pay attention to where you are. If you see it from the side — expect problems for others, they won’t affect you. If you find yourself in it — prepare for trials. If you live through it — the streak of bad luck will end.
