What a fountain means in a dream: interpretation according to the dream book and stories that came true

A fountain in a dream is always a symbol of energy, emotions and vitality. It dreams of joyful events, fun and a multitude of positive emotions that will charge you for a long time. For sick people, such a dream can mean recovery.

The symbol of a fountain in itself is “overflowing” energy. By the appearance of the fountain, one can determine the characteristic of the emotions being experienced. Almost always such dreams evoke positive feelings. This is a direct indication of joy, a sense of success, good luck and love .

If you want to check your symbols, go to the dream interpretation app. It contains thousands of real examples from our project.

It matters who was nearby in such a dream and near which building or in which place the fountain was. This indicates the event’s connection to a certain circle of people or gives a characteristic of the setting. The book “Prophetic Dreams and Lucid Dreaming” will help you understand the logic of dreams more deeply.

What different plots with a fountain mean

A beautiful fountain with clear jets shimmering in the sun foretells prosperity, rapturous joy and pleasant journeys . A fountain gushing by your house means that life around you will be in full swing, giving joy and pleasant meetings .

A dried-up, broken or shattered fountain is a symbol of failures, disappointment, worries and losses . A fountain in a haze or fog foretells the insincerity of friends and failures in love .

If in a dream the splashes of water from a fountain shimmer in the sun – the dream is a harbinger of great and rare luck . If the fountain is taller than your head (tall) – the dream means the fulfillment of a wish .

A fountain with wine or champagne foretells great pleasures and unbridled passion . Several fountains in a dream mean that you have long needed to make a choice .

A dream that came true: a fountain from a burst pipe

A participant in the project shared a dream that came true the next day. She sees that a heating pipe has burst in the bedroom. Her classmate, whom she had not seen since graduation, is bustling around the room.

In class he was perceived somewhat as a holy fool, but with sympathy and kindness. In the dream he seems to be serving her. She is indignant: “How could this have happened, why did it burst?” He says: “Because of me…” She goes up to the pipe, and she is doused with fine splashes from a small but intense fountain.

The water is clean, room temperature. She sees a bright blue faucet and turns it off. The fountain stops.

Realization: she was going through the Healing Fest, sorting out the grievances of the past. It turned out that some had still not been worked through. The day before, she had watched an emotional video by a man (the prototype of the servant), toward whom she feels emotionally similar to how she feels toward her classmate – with a feeling of warm compassion.

He shared terrible childhood stories with domestic violence. She began discussing this topic with her parents, and in the process the conversation shifted to inner grievances from the past. Everyone told each other what had long been sitting there and had not been expressed.

We understood the reasons for the misunderstanding. She and her mom cried a little – a small fountain. It was exactly what made everyone burst into revelations and emotions. Then everyone hugged, made up – she turned off the tap.

A Dream Come True: the Trevi Fountain and Emotions

A participant shared a dream about the Trevi Fountain – the famous wishing fountain in Rome. In the large Trevi Fountain with lots of water, her aspect drowned, and she sobbed and crawled there on the ground. She drowned in her negative emotions at that time.

The Trevi Fountain has special significance in culture. According to legend, it was built on the site of a spring that a girl pointed out to soldiers returning from war . It is believed that if you throw a coin into the Trevi Fountain, you will definitely return to Rome . In this dream, the fountain symbolized emotional immersion – she drowned in her experiences.

What to Do If You Dream of a Fountain

If you dream of a fountain, pay attention to its condition. Gushing, clear, sparkling – for joy, success and the fulfillment of desires. Dried up or broken – for disappointments and worries. If you see a fountain in a haze – be careful in love.
