What a needle dreams of: dream interpretation and fulfilled stories
A project participant dreamed that she found rusty, ugly needles. Soon after the dream, she got into a conflict situation that almost ended in serious trouble. She herself got drawn into an argument, although she could have avoided it. The dream warned her in advance, but she did not immediately understand.
To see needles in a dream means grievances, troubles, and slander.
The project’s database helps make sense of the details of such a dream. In our app there are more than 7000 symbols stored that are not publicly available. The website only has a fragment of the dream book. It also contains collected stories of participants whose dreams came true in reality.
A needle in a dream: what it means and what it points to
To see needles in a dream means grievances, troubles, and slander.
Only if in the dream you use a needle to do something good for yourself, for example, sewing, can the dream mean compromise and mutual understanding.
The symbol of sewing in itself is a sign of mutually beneficial creation, pointing to the possibility of reproducing something new. And the needle itself is the possibility of achievement “in your hands.”
The result of your efforts can also be seen in a dream. Since, almost always in the plots of such dreams, you immediately see what you sewed and what you got (look at the names of the items). Do you like it or not?
A needle with thread is a symbol of alliance, of partnership. When, for example, different people together can carry out a matter, an achievement, precisely by complementing each other.
Needle pricks are a sign of quarrels, grievances, often insults.
Many needles in a dream mean great troubles and almost always point to a conflict, often a public one.
A needle in the mouth is a sign of slander; if you dreamed that it was in your mouth, the dream means your rash words, because of which you yourself may suffer later on.
A needle in the body means serious obstacles in your affairs. A special aspect of such a symbol is that circumstances will be specifically against you, and by which part of the body the needle is in during the dream, you can judge which area of life such an obstacle concerns. In the hand – earnings, in the body – physical limitations, for example illnesses, in the legs – obstacles in affairs, under the skin – a hidden danger, and so on.

In clothing – almost always points to actions against your interests, but the aspect of the type of clothing is also important, so look it up by the names and decipher further.
Needles in certain objects – an indication of a desire to deprive you of certain opportunities. The object itself in such a dream will be the key to deciphering it. Be sure to pay attention to such dreams, since this is a direct hint about the machinations of enemies; be vigilant in order to avoid troubles; if you practice lucid dreaming, CHANGE THE PROJECTION OF THE FUTURE!
Pulling out or taking needles out of something means that you will have a real opportunity to avoid those troubles and problems that have been haunting you lately.
Christmas tree needles, if they fell off in a dream, mean changes for the worse and a streak of misfortunes.
Finding rusty, ugly needles means big troubles, a conflict situation dangerous for you. Such a dream is a warning, so it is better not to get involved in arguments, quarrels, or confrontations anytime soon; another aspect of such a symbol is that it indicates you will bring problems upon yourself, just as in the dream you found the needles yourself.
Breaking a needle means quarreling with your partner.
Swallowing a needle means undeserved offense and insult, which can upset you and drive you to despair.
In bed, needles indicate a rupture in a relationship with a close person; as a rule, this points to a relationship with a partner in your personal life.
Scattering needles yourself is a sign that you yourself will become the cause of big troubles and find yourself in a dangerous situation.
Buying a needle means a new project or endeavor.
Embroidering with a needle means empty fantasies and dreams. But! It is important to take into account what exactly you were embroidering, on what, and what the result was.
A syringe with a needle can symbolize a trouble that ultimately turns out to be beneficial. But in such a dream the entire plot of the dream is important (it is important what was in the syringe?).
A hedgehog with needles is a symbol of a particular person’s character: prickly, hot-tempered, unsociable. In the dream there should be an indication of whom exactly this characteristic concerns. If, apart from the hedgehog, there was no one in the dream plot, then it is an aspect of the dreamer’s own character.
A large gypsy needle can be dreamed of as foretelling deceit and betrayal; it often indicates the accidental nature of events.
To search for a needle in a dream and not find it is a waste of time, futile efforts. If you were searching and found a needle, the dream signifies an acquaintance with new partners, colleagues, co-workers (according to the number of needles). The same applies to a dream in which you were collecting needles that you had been searching for before.
A very rare category of dreams — a beautiful needle made of precious metal and/or adorned with precious stones, inlaid. It points to the dreamer’s latent abilities, an individual capacity for achieving results in practically any field. The ability to create, the ability to transform circumstances.
You can check all the details of the dream in the app. There are more than 7000 symbols, and each one is defined based on the analytics of thousands of dreams from the project that came true. The website does not have such a database.
A needle in a dream: what to do after waking up
Did you dream of a needle? First, record the details. It is they that determine the meaning.
Write down what you were doing. Sewing, pricked yourself, searching, found, swallowed, pulling out? Sewing — toward compromise and creation. Pricking yourself — toward quarrels and grievances. Searching and finding — toward new partners. Swallowing — toward undeserved offense. Pulling out — toward the opportunity to avoid troubles.
Recall what the needle was like. New, rusty, beautiful, precious, a large gypsy one? Rusty — toward great troubles. Precious — toward latent abilities. Gypsy — toward deception and betrayal.
Pay attention to where the needle was. In the mouth, in the body, in clothing, in bed, in objects? In the mouth — toward gossip. In the body — toward obstacles in affairs. In clothing — toward actions against your interests. In bed — toward a breakup in a relationship.
Look how many needles there were. Many — to big troubles and a public conflict. One — to a specific situation.
