A mouth in a dream symbolizes the possibility or impossibility of self-realization. In such dreams, the ability to solve problems by speaking them aloud is often visible. The mouth is a tool for communication, for expressing thoughts and desires. What happens to it in a dream almost always reflects your ability or inability to say what is truly important.

A full mouth in a dream means an unresolved problem, the impossibility of or fear of speaking about what is bothering you, of expressing a desire or demand. This is discomfort and worry about unexpressed problems, ideas, or decisions. Often it is precisely the fear of anticipating disapproval that gives rise to a person’s inner conflict.

What a Full Mouth Means in a Dream

A full mouth or a mouth filled with something is discomfort about unspoken problems. On the one hand, a person does not want to or can no longer do things differently. On the other hand, they are afraid that this will cause tension, discomfort.

Hair in the mouth — an unsolvable problem, a feeling of hopelessness, the inability to express one’s opinion. If you know whose hair it is, this points to the person toward whom a prejudice has arisen. Beautiful hair is a sign of achievements; dirty hair or hair with a defect is a sign of defeats.

Blood in the mouth — quarrels or arguments in the family with relatives. Often negotiations about affairs, documents, work, property.

Worms in the mouth — fear of enemies, ill-wishers. If the worms get into the throat, the dream may show that health problems will begin because of stress.

Snakes in the mouth — fear of enemies, forced silence because of fear of aggressive people. Snakes in the throat have a different interpretation, but in the mouth they speak specifically of the fear of speaking out.

Needles in the mouth — harsh statements, criticism and the fear of seeing things through to the end. You need to spit these needles out in the dream. In this way you will be able to win in a conflict in life.

Glass in the mouth — the danger of getting into big trouble because of rash statements.

Stones in the mouth — obstacles that you have created for yourself.

A viscous mass, chewing gum, saliva — a sign that you are delaying in making a decision to dot the i’s. In such dreams, the best outcome would be to spit everything out of your mouth or wash out your mouth. In this way you will be able to free yourself from the problem in life as well.

A dream about the mouth that came true: chewing gum in the mouth

Story of a participant:

My friend and I are in the waiting room, we need to fly somewhere. She says there are no tickets, we will have to fly standing. I say, let me also try to buy tickets. But they also tell me that there are no tickets. We are already on the plane without tickets, flying standing, holding on to the handrails. I am chewing gum.

I have a lot of it, a full mouth, someone else offers a brick, I take it, but I do not put it in my mouth, it is already getting in my way, I take it out of my mouth, spit it out. Someone tells how another plane’s tail fell off and it exploded. I am not scared, I know that nothing threatens us. We made it.
