What a tornado means in a dream: interpretation according to the dream book and stories that came true

A tornado as a dream symbol means events so dangerous that they may concern survival in reality. A tornado is a deadly dangerous situation. Since all natural phenomena of a catastrophic nature in dreams are connected with circumstances that are external and independent of a person, a tornado likewise means a certain natural disaster in society that can affect you and your life.

It is especially bad if you did not simply see or watch a tornado from the side, but got caught in it. It will be hard to survive, and sometimes impossible. Your life may be completely destroyed. Everything depends on where you are in relation to the tornado. The book “Prophetic Dreams and Lucid Dreaming” will help you understand the logic of dreams more deeply.

Often in such dreams the tornado sucks you in and spins you around, which means that you, or the character in the dream, will be drawn into some event and may suffer harm. Such events are characterized by the strongest tension and agitation of the person or people connected with the event. This always points to negative and difficult times.

There are dreams in which the tornado “safely” lifts a person, or the character in the dream ends up inside a safe zone, which is called the “eye of the hurricane or tornado.” In that case, despite all the danger of your situation, you will be able to avoid bad consequences.

If you see a tornado from the side, in reality you will know that circumstances can bring an unpleasant surprise. However, if the tornado passes by, you will only be a witness to other people’s problems, but it will not affect you personally. But if you find yourself in the epicenter, in reality you will be in danger and will experience difficulties.

If in a dream you can survive a tornado and withstand it, then in life the streak of bad luck will end for you. If you managed to take shelter from the tornado, you will have the opportunity to avoid problems. A dream in which you see the end of the natural disaster is a harbinger of well-being.

What different plots with a tornado mean

Seeing a tornado from the side – foretells awareness of problems that do not yet concern you. Getting caught in a tornado – foretells intense emotions or a crisis situation. Running away from a tornado – foretells an attempt to avoid problems. Watching the destruction – foretells the consequences of stressful situations. The “eye of the hurricane” – foretells the opportunity to avoid bad consequences.

A dream that came true: a tornado, lions and a car accident

A participant shared a dream that left her without answers. She saw lions in hospital wards, lying on beds. Her brother and his friend, both Leos by zodiac sign, were in a car. She noticed from afar the approach of a tornado – a huge funnel. She could not find shelter and ended up under its cover, although it seemed that everything remained intact. But something of hers was damaged – it was the nails on her hands, they barely held on to her fingers. In another part of the dream, an unknown woman gave her a gold medallion on a long black woolen cord, hung it around her neck and said that it would help her get pregnant.

Real-life outcome: the participant’s mother reported that her brother was in a car accident. He was driving while intoxicated, and his car overturned. The lions in the dream symbolized her brother and his friend. The tornado symbolized the danger that engulfed them. The fingernails that were barely holding on were a symbol of the loss that touched her. The medallion was hope for the future.

What to do if you dreamed of a tornado

If you dreamed of a tornado, ask yourself: what events in my life do I not control? What frightens me? If you see a tornado from the side, you are aware of problems, but they do not affect you. If you get caught in it, you are going through a crisis. If you run away, you are avoiding problems.
