Dream book height dreamed Interpretation of a dream

Dream Book Height: what height dreams mean and fulfilled stories

Height in dreams indicates level, position, advantage, status, potential, opportunities, significance. This is one of the most multi-meaning symbols, which can be interpreted differently depending on the details of the dream and the dreamer’s sensations.

Dreams about height often come during moments of life changes, when a person stands before a choice or evaluates their place in the world. Height symbolizes not only physical position, but also social status, level of ambition, depth of spiritual development.

Being at a height in a dream most often means awareness in some situation, luck and ambitions. If you are standing on an elevation and feel confident – this is a sign that you control the situation in real life.

Flying high in the clouds can mean excessive dreaminess and unrealistic dreams. But if in such a dream during flight you saw something specific or flew to a certain place, that is, achieved a goal – you can consider that even the most ambitious and at first glance unrealistic plans you will be able to accomplish. Moreover, in this there will be the will of fate, providence, since the symbol of the heavens is a sign of fate.

Falling from a height in a dream – loss of position in some sense. Falling for the subconscious often means “falling out” of a certain situation, position or state. This is a reaction to a change in circumstances in life.

It is important to pay attention to what accompanied the fall in the dream. If there is a feeling of fear from the fall – this is fear of change. If after the fall there follows a landing or, even better, flight – it means the one falling will adapt to the changes and turn them to their own benefit.

To see someone else falling – to witness changes in the life of another person or people. A fall followed by injury – dangerous changes in life that will lead to consequences.

The strongest dream: a flood, Putin on high ground and a way out of crisis

This dream shows how the symbol of height works in conjunction with other images. The dreamer found herself in a difficult life situation, and her subconscious gave her a clear answer.

Dream of January 22, 2016. I am underwater, I begin to surface and everything happens as if in slow motion. I see the water, it is ordinary, not super transparent and not murky, blue-turquoise in color. I surfaced, I look, and everything is in water – my residential district is all standing in water. I live in a sleeping district, an area of 16-story buildings. Everything is flooded up to about the 5th floor.

I turn my head to the right side and see a young man. He is the live-in partner of my former girlfriend. I understand that he and I are together in the water. He is next to me and there is no one else. There are no people. And almost like all my dreams, the dream is dark, evening. I look and see Putin, he is standing on high ground, not in the water. The water was calm, everything was very quiet. No waves, no breeze. I did not feel fear either.

Interpretation of the dream

Firstly – this definitely concerns you. Despite the fact that an entire district was flooded, the emphasis was on the fact that you were surfacing and then saw a man on the right (there were no other people, and Putin does not count, he has a different role in your dream).

Floods are dreamed of as a symbol of ruined plans. All your plans at the time of the dream were ruined. Because of this, you “drowned.” But here – it’s the symbolism of a psychological state. And you float up to the surface! You must understand that right now in life no one will come to your aid, but you yourself will be able to float up to the surface.

A man may be the prototype of a person you know in life. The sequence is this: to meet when you regain your peace of mind and feel more confident. By his actions (inaction) in the dream, you can already understand now – he will “swim” toward you, he will “swim away” from you, or he will stay in his place. The relationship pattern will be exactly the same.

Putin on an elevation in this dream is a symbiosis of symbols. Your events (this emotional outlet and stability) will appear at the moment when Putin wins the presidential election. This is an indication of a specific time – the height of the president’s position symbolizes the status of the issue being resolved and the moment when everything will improve.

The second most powerful dream: fear of jumping from a height

I am spending the night at a friend’s place with her son. She is afraid to spend the night, and in the dream she lives on the first floor, but in reality on the 8th. And then her husband also appears.

I am sitting on the roadway on top of a round, tall structure. Something like a tall mattress, like in gym class. The material is cylindrical in shape, about 3 meters high. I understand that I need to jump or climb down from it, but I am afraid. Below are my car and people.

Dream interpretation

The first part of the dream indicates that your friend will have changes in her relationship with her husband (the appearance of her husband in the dream indicates that this concerns specifically their relationship). In life, circumstances will develop worse than usual, there will be a decline in the relationship (in the dream she is on the 1st floor, but in reality on the 8th). Here you, as it were, peeked into their situation in life. She will need emotional support.

And then the dream concerns you directly. A situation of stagnation in affairs, inaction, but also a desire to move from a dead point is visible. Fear will repeat itself. It will be necessary to leave a certain “height of position” in order to move on. This is a state when you need to leave the comfort zone in order to move forward. The angle of the structure is a symbol of a dead-end situation.

The characteristic of the situation is rather the business sphere, because the place is a roadway. A certain circumstance will “drive you into a corner” when you will need to move on, but at the same time jump down from the occupied height.

Tall people in a dream

Tall people in dreams mean a symbol of status of position or certain circumstances that they themselves figuratively represent.

If you see yourself in a dream as tall, that is, taller than you are in life, the dream foretells success, wealth and recovery for the sick.

Often lovers dream of themselves and their partners as taller than usual, which means the loftiness and sincerity of the partner’s feelings, specifically of the one who was taller in the dream.

Tall men, like tall women in dreams, symbolize the status of their position in one area or sphere or another. If in a dream you saw your beloved as tall, it means in reality he means a lot to you and will do a lot for you.

Other symbols of height in a dream

A tall tree. To see a tree in a dream that is big, huge, with a lush crown is a sign of luck and happiness. The height of the tree indicates the height of your position in society, material prosperity (a high standard of living), social status, as well as your position in the sphere where you can or already do manifest yourself. The taller the tree, the higher your position.

A tall fence. A very tall fence is a prohibition or obstacle, a limitation. If in your dream the fence is not an obstacle, then a beautiful, tall, sturdy fence means that you have reliable protection and no one will be able to harm you.

Heel height. It indicates the height of your position in various circumstances, both literally and figuratively.

A high mountain. A sign of difficulties, obstacles, and at the same time the achievement of a global goal. If you are conquering a summit, it means that in reality you are ready to overcome any obstacles for the sake of your goal.

High waves. Signify significant changes that will cause agitation and a strong emotional shock. The circumstances may be either good or bad. This can be determined by the weather in the dream or the color of the water, by the plot of the dream itself.

High ceilings. A symbol of potential in the matter that is characterized by the room.

Jumping upward. Attempts to overcome difficulties that will yield you nothing anyway (if in the dream you achieved nothing through such actions).

Jump from a height. The fear of losing position, status. Usually such dreams end during the jump. If you did land in the dream, what happened to you matters — that will be the interpretation of the dream. If only the jump itself was dreamed, the dream means fear of defeat, not defeat.

What to do if you dreamed of height

If you dreamed of height, pay attention to your sensations. Fear or confidence? This is the key indicator of how you relate to changes in real life.

If you are standing at a height and are not afraid — you are ready for changes and control the situation. If you are afraid — uncertainty frightens you, you are clinging to your familiar position.

Falling from a height often appears in dreams before important changes. Do not be afraid of this symbol — it simply says that old supports are leaving, and you will have to look for new ones.
