Dream interpretation: smell in a dream. Interpretation of a dream.

What a smell dreams of: interpretation according to the dream book and fulfilled stories

Smells in dreams provide a lot of information for interpretation and decoding about the characteristics of an affair, a person, an event. From the context of the dream it is always clear what “smells good” and what “stinks.” Subconsciously, every person always knows and understands precisely whether he likes a particular smell or not. Therefore, it is impossible to make a mistake with this definition.

Any pleasant smells and aromas always characterize a good person, a favorable situation, or a state of “bliss.” Many people, even in everyday life, are accustomed to saying “the smell of bliss.” This is a characteristic of a state in connection with events. Class, ecstasy, harmony, the highest degree of pleasure, and so on. The book “Prophetic Dreams and Lucid Dreaming” will help you understand the logic of dreams more deeply.

Unpleasant smells are an unequivocal indication of “rejection” even on a subconscious level. If you dreamed of such a thing, you have been warned. Someone will “stink up” things so much that you will avoid that person for a long time, not wanting to communicate with them. If something stinks from an object, a thing, or a place, they are connected to an event after which “the air was spoiled” for everyone. Outright stench means scandal, confrontations. There is also such a concept as a “trail” in the context of determining the consequences of an action or event.

What different plots with smells mean

A pleasant smell means good news, harmonious relationships. An unpleasant smell means deception, betrayal, scandal. The smell of perfume indicates how a person positions themselves. The smell of rot points to “rotten” people, traitors. The smell of pus from the body indicates illness. The smell of flowers means joy, pleasant events. The smell of menthol means freshness, coldness in relationships. The smell of fire means passion that does not burn.

A dream that came true: a smell from a colleague

A project participant shared a dream. He saw that a colleague who seemed pleasant and sociable came to his home as a guest. His mother appeared in the house and said that this person smelled bad.

Subsequently, negative information about this person surfaced among the colleagues, after which he was wary of continuing friendly relations.

In this context, the mother was an aspect of his emotional side, acting as a parent and warning him against thoughtless acquaintances.

A dream that came true: an ad for men’s perfume

A participant shared a dream. She was standing at a crossroads. Her boss drove up in a red car. She got into the back seat, where the technologist was already sitting. She noticed a stack of new labels on her. The boss drove away without her, she walked and reached the destination. Then she ended up at work.

She looked into a rented apartment where a young man lived with two daughters. She took 6 pots of blooming orchids for herself. Then she had a stack of labels with an advertisement for men’s perfume. The photo showed a man walking along a road. There were photos of a blue sky with a cloud. The name was in English. The scent was menthol-fresh, cold.

Answer: the dream showed her new position. The boss left without her – she does not depend on him. Orchids are new opportunities. Perfume advertising is a new positioning. The menthol scent is freshness, coolness. She received new labels – new information. The dream was calm, everything was going as it should.

A dream that came true: scent and a test of sincerity

The participant had a dream in which there were a guy and a girl – a prototype of a relationship. The guy leaves. Then a can of air freshener appeared. The perfume scent is strong, but he continues. Snow is a cooling of feelings. “How much is buried here” – secrets in relationships. She was advised to pay attention to the signs of the subconscious and to make the affirmation “Pink Flamingos” to create a more favorable projection of the relationship.

What to do if you dream about a scent

If you dream about a scent, pay attention to its nature. A pleasant one means good news. An unpleasant one means a warning. If the scent comes from a person, it is their real characteristic. If it comes from an object, it is a characteristic of an event.
