Cleansing practice. From the series of the Protection Circle cycle. This practice is performed only during the 3rd and 4th quarters of the moon (you have a calendar, check the date in it). It is important to be honest with yourself. And this relates to our task – it is part of the series of techniques “Women’s Health”. Working with energy.
You need adhesive tape. 5 pieces. Better from tape that is cut, – 5 strips of 10 – 12 cm each. On its “dry” side you need to write on 3 of them – the three biggest fears of your life. And on 2 – the illnesses you fear.
After you write this on the tape, in arbitrary order (intuitively) you need to stick the tape on your chest and stomach. Usually one is stuck on the chest and 3 on the stomach. I repeat – do this intuitively.
At night before bed you peel all of this off yourself and burn it.
And you say the following words (I remind you that all affirmations on the project are in the Austronesian language).
Female power and energy
Sleep affirmation
KESSE LEERUKHAAN (your name)
I will remember everything when I wake up!
