I dreamed of shooting, shooting in a dream. Dream interpretation

What a gunshot, shooting, gunfire in a dream means: dream interpretation and dreams that came true

Shooting in a dream means the desire or opportunity to achieve a certain goal, often indicates a period of “hostilities” in a figurative sense and less often in a literal one.

Here, hostilities mean situations ranging from verbal skirmishes between parties to an open confrontation with the aim of destroying the opponent. In such dreams, the plot and the feelings “show” how serious the confrontation between the parties will be.

If you dreamed of shooting, the dream speaks of a conflict, a goal, or news. It all depends on who was shooting and where they hit.

In our app you can check the meaning of any symbol. It contains more than 7000 interpretations that are not on the website. And it also stores the dreams of participants that came true, against which you can verify your own dream.

What shooting in a dream means: the main meaning

Shooting in a dream means the desire or opportunity to achieve a certain goal, often indicates a period of “hostilities” in a figurative sense and less often in a literal one.

If you are shooting and hit the target – achievement, good luck. If not – failure and disappointments. If you were shot at and wounded, and the wound is bleeding – misfortune, illness. Change the projection of the future! If you were killed – big changes with the arrival of some person in your life. Hearing gunfire is a sign of approaching anxieties, scandals, trouble. If shots were fired into the air – your worries are empty, everything will pass.

You can clarify the details of a dream in the app. It contains more than 7,000 symbols, and each one is based on an analysis of thousands of dreams that came true. There is no such database on the website.

If you are shooting or someone is shooting at you: a hit and a miss

If you are shooting and hit the target – achievement, good luck. If not – failure and disappointments.

If someone shot at you and wounded you, and the wound is bleeding – the failure of plans, the collapse of a business or a relationship (determined by the context of the dream and the characters involved).

If someone shot at you and hit you – the dream means that someone wants to “remove” you, neutralize you, wound you. It could be an insult, or it could be a psychological, emotional blow from someone. In such dreams you can determine who will do this to you. It will be a character from the dream.

Hearing gunfire and shooting into the air

Hearing gunfire is a sign of “showdowns, squabbles, anxieties, scandals.

Hearing a gunshot in a dream means receiving news, learning a piece of news that will shock you. The sound of a gunshot and its consequences are different things in how the situation plays out.

The louder the sound of the gunshot, the more significant the event and the news about it will be. If the sound frightened you, put you on guard, or made you anxious, then the news will not be pleasing either.

If the sound is heard from somewhere off to the side and will not affect you in any other way, in reality you will likewise be a witness to certain alarming events, news, or information.

If someone was shooting into the air – your worries are empty, and a certain alarming event will ultimately not turn out badly.

Shooting at a bear, with a bow, with a pistol, with a gun

Shooting a bear – if a woman dreams it – means conquering an admirer, the desire for a man to become a husband, to marry. If a man has such a dream, the desire to remove a rival from his path.

Shooting a bow – to get your way if you hit your target. If not – you will not get what you want.

Shooting a pistol – the action of one person against another.

Shooting a rifle, assault rifle, gun – it is impossible to come to terms with the state of things, disagreement and the desire to restore justice. Most likely, this will be a reaction to some conflict.

The sounds of gunshots in a dream signify some loud event that will happen unexpectedly.

If they shot you in the back, in the head, in the heart

If they shot you in the back – they will act dishonestly, possibly secretly, so that you do not know who caused the harm. By the way, in a dream you may see the offender or, by some signs of the dream, figure out who he is.

If the shot is to the head – you will suffer from the actions of an enemy and this will be the strongest stress, a blow for you. If such a dream concerns a person who holds a position, power, or status, then he may lose them.

A shot to the heart, if it hits – infidelity and betrayal. If you see someone aiming (but ultimately not shooting) at the heart – mad love and a thirst for reciprocal feelings (they want to conquer you).

All the nuances of this symbol are revealed in our app. There is a complete dream dictionary database – more than 7000 symbols. We even have dreams that are not in any dream dictionary, because these are not invented symbols, but real ones that came true.

About the Project

Since 2012, we have been researching dreams. Over this time, a collection of confirmed dreams has been gathered that has no analogues. Stories come from participants, and interpretations of symbols are formed on their basis. Each story is a confirmed case, not just a tale.

We preserve these cases and apply them so that everyone can understand their dreams more accurately. Many people have passed through the project, and each has contributed something to the common pool. Quantity is not the main thing for us. Quality matters to us.

We do not simply collect dreams. We analyze them. Each confirmed dream is part of the overall picture. From it, one can see how the subconscious transmits information, which images it employs, which repetitions occur in different people in similar situations. These repetitions form the basis of a system accessible to everyone. The system relies on real data, not on theory. It is continually expanded and refined. Each new dream makes it more accurate.

Over the years of work, our own methodology has emerged. We do not take meanings from old books. We do not guess. We do not predict. Our work is based on facts. Dreams show what is already happening or will happen. This can be verified.

And we do verify – every symbol, every interpretation, every pattern. Everything that enters the database has been cross-checked against real events. We do not take things on faith – we verify against what happened in the lives of participants. That is why our interpretations work. This is verified knowledge, not guesswork.

Our dream dictionary is not like the usual ones. It is built on the analysis of real dreams that came true. Every symbol has been tested in practice. If different people had the same symbol coincide with the same events, it enters the database. This is statistics, not theory.

There is no such approach anywhere else: we do not rewrite old books, we build a new system based on what has actually come true. We work with real stories of real people, which is why our interpretations work. We do not take someone else’s meanings and pass them off as our own. Everything in the database has gone through our analysis and our verification.

The app is a dreamers’ club with closed access. Inside, everything is gathered: the complete dream dictionary database (more than 7000 symbols), the world’s largest database of dreams that came true, practices for inducing informational dreams, diaries, decoding algorithms.

Everything in one place, in a convenient format, with access to information that is not available on the website. This is not just an app – it is a tool that helps you understand dreams and apply the knowledge in life. It grows together with you and adapts to your personal symbols. It makes working with dreams systematic and clear.
