1 In Islam, dreams are generally treated very delicately2 Dreams are given to everyone by right of birth ForumDreams, Religion and the Church. Where should the prophecies from the Bible and the Quran go? Nowhere, I suppose. Everything is in its place. This post is solely because of the question of whether dreams are a sin? Otherwise, it simply would not have occurred to me to prove the absurdity of this claim. If every person born is endowed with this ability from the start, then to whom is this question addressed? Whose will was it? Let’s assume it is rhetorical.
I quote from the article … (With the blessing of the Patriarch of Moscow and All Rus’ Alexy II). Prophetic dreams have been historically attested. The Bible speaks of them repeatedly; these dreams warn, inspire, enlighten. Their reality is completely indisputable.
We see examples of prophetic dreams in the 1st chapter of the Gospel of Matthew as well. Joseph, “being a righteous man and not wanting to disgrace her, planned to send her away secretly.” And behold, as soon as he “had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said: Joseph, son of David! do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife, for the child conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. She will bear a Son, and you are to name Him Jesus; for He will save His people from their sins”…

Further, the Gospel says that through a dream Joseph, as well as the wise men of the East, were told what they were to do. And they obeyed these vivid revelations in a dream. (The Bible is permeated with chapters of prophecies from dreams)
In Islam, dreams are generally treated very delicately
In the collections of hadiths there are entire sections on this topic. The Prophet himself sometimes, after the morning prayer, turning to face those who had prayed behind him, would ask: “Did any of you see a dream last night?” Dreams were a source of revelations for the prophets and messengers of God. And after the completion of the Prophet’s mission — they became a source of inspiration and warning.
What did the Prophet Muhammad say about dreams? “Nothing remains of prophecy except a true dream that brings glad tidings. After me there will be neither prophets nor messengers.” All types of prophetic revelations will become a thing of the past; only a small information channel remains — the dream. The problem was not whether to believe in dreams. It was whether they could be understood. Quote: “Dreams sent by God carry within themselves an irresistible conviction. This conviction is understandable to God’s saints and incomprehensible to those still struggling with their passions.”
Dreams are given to everyone by right of birth Forum
mojet_i_nado Good post, it made me think. To be precise, religion and faith do not call dreams a sin, that is incorrect. Our ignorance gives its own formulation. This is merely the opinion of specific people who grasp information superficially. Religion only calls for caution regarding dreams, since the information that comes through our subconscious has various sources, and here is where the whole root lies.
Therefore it is very important to understand where the warning in a dream comes from. With Victoria’s affirmations, I gained a sense of security. If dreams do take place, it means we must know about them and understand them. First of all for ourselves. Dreams are given by right of birth to every person. This alone gives reason to believe that they are from God.
ksy_lialka: Victoria I am grateful to you for your knowledge, it helps me when making important decisions and this has been proven. I will say more, even when receiving a diagnosis and a doctor’s recommendation, I made my decision based on my dreams and they were fully justified. Dreams are a true blessing. One just needs to learn to understand them.
Answer: In any case, the more data and information a person has, the easier it is for them to make their decisions.
makarova_artist: A really cool, brilliant project. Today I did an affirmation for a decision. I didn’t know there was a dream calendar, and even though the lunar day didn’t match, it worked really well. I saw a very clear dream with answers, thank you Victoria for your unique work!!
Everything said about piety is true. The more you fast and pray, the clearer your consciousness, the brighter your dreams, and they are easily remembered. Religion is also for people’s awareness and clarity of consciousness. And the project is one of the roads to this goal. Moreover, one of the best roads.
